Refund policy
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns or cancellations after 24 hours of placing your order. All pieces are final sale.
As a small handmade business, please allow up to 7 business days for your jewellery to be carefully made before shipping.
Orders are shipped on our next dispatch day once completed. Please note that selecting faster shipping does not speed up processing time, it only affects the delivery speed once your order has been shipped.
Processing times may occasionally fluctuate during periods of high demand.
Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email hello@fayebyyou.co.uk with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the fault
• A short description of the issue
If the issue is approved, store credit may be offered. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot process returns that have not been approved.
No Returns or Exchanges
Because each piece is custom-made, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size, colour, or style chosen at checkout
• Change of mind after purchase
• Personalised or custom pieces
Please double check your selections before completing your order.
Shipping
Faye By You is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been handed to the shipping carrier.
If your order is lost or delayed, you will need to contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We strongly recommend choosing tracked and insured shipping where available.
If insurance was not purchased, we are unable to offer replacements or store credit for lost packages.
Customs & International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times for international orders may vary and can occasionally take several weeks depending on the destination.
Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, store credit will be issued for the item value excluding shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are correct at checkout.
